Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! The Hotel Retlaw is where we will have our reception and also where we have a hotel block conveniently for our guests! They have an attached parking garage with open spots on levels 4-7 with a convenient elevator connected to the hotel lobby.

Are kids welcome?

Please see your invitation or RSVP for details. If you are only attending our dance please feel welcome to bring your children, but also know that the music will change slightly around 9:00PM to more adult centered.

The dress code is semi-formal. We suggest cocktail dresses for women and suits (tie optional) for men.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance if it was not already included in your RSVP

Will there be alcohol?

We will have a cash bar available at the venue for guests to purchase their preferred drinks. There will be select beverages available on behalf of the bride and groom during cocktail hours and reception.

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, we ask that only those who received a guest on their invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 1:30PM. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled before the processional will begin.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be plenty of parking available at Sacred Heart Church during our ceremony and there is an attached parking garage to The Hotel Retlaw for our reception. Please park in levels 4,5,6,or 7 as the signs direct.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy! Please feel free to take photos during cocktail time and the reception to share online!
