Is it safe to travel to the resort?

Answer

Yes. Our wedding will take place at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres, a private, gated resort in Costa Mujeres, Mexico. Guests will have arranged transportation directly to and from the airport, and there is no need to leave the resort during the wedding weekend. We feel very comfortable and confident hosting our wedding here.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Please fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). The resort is about a 40-minute drive from the airport

Will transportation be provided to the resort?

Answer

Yes. Transportation will be arranged for guests staying in our room block. After booking your room, you will submit your flight details through the booking link.

When should I book my flights?

Answer

After reserving your room, we recommend using Google Flights to track and book airfare. We suggest arriving Thursday, February 18, 2027 and departing Sunday, February 21, 2027.

Do I need to stay at the resort?

Answer

Yes. All guests must stay at the resort through our room block to attend wedding events. This keeps everyone together and allows access to the property.

How do I book my room?

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes. All guests traveling to Mexico will need a valid passport. Please make sure it is up to date well in advance of travel.

When are payments due for the room?

Answer

A refundable $100 deposit per room is due by Wednesday, May 20, 2026 to hold your reservation. Final payment for your room is due Tuesday, November 3, 2026.

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only wedding weekend. We appreciate you making arrangements in advance and can’t wait to celebrate together

What is the weather like in February?

Answer

February in Costa Mujeres is typically warm and sunny, with daytime temperatures in the high 70s to low 80s. Evenings can be breezy, so a light layer is a good idea.
