We have reserved hotel room blocks at both the Courtyard by Marriott and Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott on the East Side of Madison. Both hotels are conveniently located about 10 minutes from Dane County Regional Airport and close to a variety of restaurants and shopping.
Guests are welcome to stay at other nearby hotels if they prefer; however, transportation to and from the venue will be provided only at the Courtyard and Fairfield by Marriott hotels. Madison also offers Uber and Lyft for easy transportation throughout the weekend.
Please note there is a Badger home game the weekend of our wedding. This can impact hotels, travel, traffic, etc.
