When is the RSVP Deadline?

Answer

The deadline is March 3rd, 2026. If there is no response by this concluding date, we will assume you will not be in attendance. We ask to RSVP as soon as possible, if you are unable to attend, your presence will be deeply missed. La fecha límite es el 3 de marzo de 2026. Si no recibimos respuesta antes de esta fecha, asumiremos que no podrá asistir. Les pedimos amablemente confirmar su asistencia (RSVP) lo antes posible; si no pueden acompañarnos, su presencia será profundamente extrañada.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrive promptly at 2:30 to ensure time is allotted for parking and finding your seats in the ceremony area by 3pm. Once the ceremony begins, unfortunately, entry will not be allowed and will be asked to wait until the ceremony concludes. Les solicitamos llegar puntualmente a las 2:30 p. m. para asegurar tiempo suficiente para estacionar y encontrar sus asientos en el área de la ceremonia antes de las 3:00 p. m. Una vez iniciada la ceremonia, lamentablemente no se permitirá el ingreso y se les pedirá esperar hasta que esta concluya.

Is the venue outdoors or indoors?

Answer

Our lovely venue is located outdoors, with some areas having pavement, while others having more natural terrain. Transportation on-site will be available for those who are elderly or with disabilities. Nuestro hermoso lugar se encuentra al aire libre; algunas áreas cuentan con pavimento y otras con terreno natural. Habrá transporte dentro del recinto disponible para personas mayores o con discapacidades.

What is the attire for the celebration?

Answer

Attire for our special day includes formal wear, semi-formal, or cocktail style attire. Due to the venue's natural surrounding and terrains, we advise women foot wear to exclude thin-styled heels or stiletto's. Outerwear for the later evening is recommended. This goes without saying but we kindly ask no white dresses (only the bride!). El código de vestimenta para nuestro día especial incluye atuendo formal, semi-formal o de cóctel. Debido al entorno natural y al tipo de terreno del lugar, recomendamos a las mujeres evitar el uso de tacones delgados o stilettos. Se sugiere llevar abrigo para la noche. Y, aunque es evidente, pedimos amablemente no usar vestidos blancos (¡solo la novia!).

How will parking be organized?

Answer

The venue is private and provides parking on-site and staff that will kindly guide those to the designated area. El lugar es privado y ofrece estacionamiento en el sitio, además de personal que amablemente los guiará al área designada.

Will I be able to take photos of the celebration?

Answer

We are excited to share this day with our loved ones and know that memories are important! During the ceremony, all cellular devices or cameras will be asked not to be used. We have planned for a special team to capture the special moments of the day, so we ask kindly to refrain from photographing or video taping the event. Aside from this time, photos will be encouraged to take and share in all other areas and events of the celebration. ¡Estamos muy emocionados de compartir este día con nuestros seres queridos y sabemos que los recuerdos son importantes! Durante la ceremonia, se les pedirá no utilizar teléfonos celulares ni cámaras. Hemos contratado a un equipo especial para capturar los momentos más importantes del día, por lo que les agradecemos abstenerse de tomar fotografías o grabar videos durante la ceremonia. Fuera de este momento, se alentará a tomar y compartir fotos en todas las demás áreas y eventos de la celebración.

Will food, alcohol or refreshments be provided? Am I able to bring my own?

Answer

Yes, dinner, refreshments and alcohol will be available and provided both during cocktail hour and our reception. Outside food or alcohol is prohibited. We ask a reminder to celebrate responsibly, if you are planning to enjoy your time, please utilize services such as Uber or Lyft. Sí, habrá cena, bebidas y alcohol disponibles y proporcionados tanto durante la hora del cóctel como en la recepción. No se permite el ingreso de alimentos o alcohol del exterior. Am I able to bring a guest?

Answer

Our celebration is an special day in wish we wish to share intimately with our loved ones. Due to this and limitations of the venue and event, only those who have received an invite allotting the count of your party are able to attend. Nuestra celebración es un día especial que deseamos compartir de manera íntima con nuestros seres queridos. Debido a esto y a las limitaciones del lugar y del evento, solo podrán asistir aquellas personas que hayan recibido una invitación, respetando el número de invitados asignado a su grupo.

Am I able to bring my children?

Answer

We would love to include all of our loved ones, including our little ones. During the ceremony, we kindly ask for all parents to be mindful of noise and distractions with their children. Should any disruptions occur, we kindly ask that those parents step away with their children to a designated area we will have available for children. Nos encantaría incluir a todos nuestros seres queridos, incluidos los más pequeños. Durante la ceremonia, pedimos amablemente a los padres estar atentos al ruido y a posibles distracciones de sus hijos. En caso de que ocurra alguna interrupción, solicitamos que los padres se retiren momentáneamente con sus hijos a un área designada para niños que estará disponible.

What time the day of will the celebration end?

Answer

Our special day will conclude promptly at 10pm, as the venue is outdoors and must be compliant with both our venue contractual agreement and state ordinance. Nuestro día especial concluirá puntualmente a las 10:00 p. m., ya que el lugar es al aire libre y debe cumplir tanto con el contrato del recinto como con las ordenanzas estatales.
