Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 12th.

Question

Am I reading this correctly, we will be at a kids summer camp all weekend?

Answer

Yes! When thinking about our dream wedding we wanted a weekend at the lake to enjoy games, each everyone's company, and celebrate. What better location than a summer camp on the lake where John has spent some of his best summers growing up, and Alaina and Loki now join him for weekend getaways :)

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The majority of the weekend will be casual and outdoors. Bring your shorts, flip-flops and casual clothes. For the Wedding Recommended attire for the ceremony and reception is dressy casual. Look good, but don't try too hard... it's an outdoor wedding at a summer camp after all.

Question

What will sleeping at camp be like?

Answer

The camp has bunkhouses with electricity and toilets that go "flooosh" available for our guests to stay in. You will need to provide your own linens (bunks are twin sized beds) and we will be providing you with a weekend of fun! For those who prefer to sleep under the stars there is a field where tents can be set up.

Question

I am staying the weekend - when can I check into my cabin?

Answer

You are welcome to check into your cabin starting at 4:30pm on Friday, this will allow you time to settle and explore before the ceremony begins.

Question

What are the rules on alcohol?

Answer

Our goal is to provide plenty of delicious beer and wine for you to enjoy throughout the celebration, you may also BYOB. If you are drinking please seriously consider staying at camp with us. If you are driving or boating home, to an airbnb, or hotel after the reception find a DD beforehand and regardless of where you're sleeping - please drink responsibly. No glass, please!

Question

Can I bring my dog(s)?

Answer

No. We want you to relax and have fun, and not worry about picking up after Fido.

Question

Can I bring my kid(s)?

Answer

No. We want you to relax and let loose.
