We have reserved a hotel room block for wedding guests staying overnight. To book at the discounted group rate, please call the hotel directly at 973-448-1100 (Option 1) and mention the Cascio-Ossman Wedding. Please note: reservations made through third-party websites are not eligible for the group rate, which is only available for bookings made directly with the hotel. We recommend booking early. The discounted rate is available until 5:00 PM on 12/24/2026, subject to availability. Check-in: 3:00 PM Early check-in: First come, first served and not guaranteed Breakfast: Not included the following morning

Shuttle

Shuttle to and from Hotel

January 23, 2027 3:15 pm - 10:30 pm

We are currently finalizing shuttle transportation for guests staying at the hotel. We plan to provide one shuttle bus to and from the venue, departing the hotel at 3:15 PM to arrive before our 4:00 PM ceremony. Return transportation to the hotel will depart the venue at approximately 10:30 PM following the celebration. Please note there will be one scheduled shuttle only each way. If you miss boarding, you will need to arrange alternate transportation.

Newark Liberty International Airport

Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) is the closest airport to fly into. It’s about 56 miles from our venue, The Inn at Millrace Pond —roughly a 55 minute drive depending on traffic.
