We will be providing transportation to Warwick Country Club from the Hilton Garden Inn Providence Airport/Warwick. The trolley & coach buses will depart the hotel at 3:45pm to get to the venue for 4:15pm. The ceremony starts at 4:30pm. The buses will pick up the wedding guests at Warwick Country Club at 10:00pm and bring us back to the Hilton Garden Inn and Jefferson Speakeasy!

This is where we have reserved a room block with a discounted rate. In order to get the discount rate, you must stay 2 nights (10/16/25-10/18/25). If you call to make a reservation, make sure to ask for the Piatelli/Buchanan Wedding block rate when booking.
