When and where is the wedding?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will both take place on August 9th, 2025 at Alton Farmstead in Galloway, OH. The ceremony starts at 4:30, with the reception to follow.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We’re calling it Garden Party meets Summer Cocktail! Think floral prints, breezy dresses (that go down past the knee), dressy jumpsuits, or slacks with a button-down or lightweight blazer. Feel free to have fun with color and texture—it’s a celebration, after all! The ceremony will be outdoors on a flower farm, and the reception is in a barn with one open side, so we recommend comfortable footwear (block heels, wedges, or dressy flats—save the stilettos for another day!). A light layer for the evening is also a good idea.

Please RSVP by July 12th so we can finalize our guest count and seating arrangements.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited space, we're only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out to us directly.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
We love your little ones, but we cannot accommodate kids other than newborns and family at our wedding. We hope to see everyone we invite, but we understand if it's not a possibility at this time.

Is there a hotel block?
Answer
Yes! We’ve reserved a block of rooms at both Best Western Hilliard Inn & Suites and TownePlace Suites Columbus Hilliard. You can book using the link on our website (look under the "Travel" tab) or by calling and mentioning the Simerlink-Risov Wedding. The special rate is available until July 8 for TownePlace Suites and July 18 for the Best Western.

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
We will not be providing a shuttle service, but Lyft and Uber are prevalent in the area and you should have no issues. We will be providing a QR code at the wedding for Uber/Lyft vouchers so everyone is able to get back safely! If you drive yourself and want to leave your car at the venue, please pick it up by 10 AM the next morning.

What will be served at the reception?
Answer
We’ll be serving a buffet with options for various dietary needs. There will be options for vegetarian/vegan and gluten free food.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! We’ll have an open bar serving beer, wine, and 2 featured cocktails (and a mocktail too!).
