They met through mutual friends when he came over to work on her car—clearly, he made a good first impression, because the rest is history. Since then, he’s taught her how to ride both dirt bikes and street bikes, and together they’ve made countless memories traveling to Onaway, MI to ride, relax, and enjoy each other’s company. In 2023, they bought their first home—a cozy space they’ve been pouring their hearts into, one project at a time (with plenty of caffeine and YouTube tutorials along the way). Their little family includes their dog, Link, who takes great joy in destroying every toy he gets his paws on, and their long-haired tuxedo cat, Raikou, who’s so shy and skittish that most people aren’t convinced she’s real. She’s fat, fluffy, and a mystery to many—but very loved. When they’re not working on the house, you’ll often find them side by side, playing Xbox, baking (she bakes, he happily taste-tests), or planning their next little adventure. After nearly seven years of growing, learning, and loving together, they’re overjoyed to take this next step—and even more grateful to celebrate it with all of you.
