Our ceremony and reception will take place at the Down Town Club in Philadelphia. Our venue is a short walk from both hotels we have blocks with. We will also provide a trolley to pick guests up from the Old City Marriott and transport to the ceremony if guests would prefer that option.
February 28th, 2026 at 5:30 in the evening
We recommend arriving in Philly on Thursday February 26th or Friday February 27th so you can attend our Welcome Party on Friday night at 6 o'clock in the evening. If you can't make it, please plan on coming to Philly with enough time to check in to the hotel and make it to the venue around 5:00 for a champagne toast before the 5:30 ceremony on Saturday, February 28th.
Welcome Party - Semi formal attire. Gentlemen should wear a suit or a sports coat, no tie is required. Ladies may wear a cocktail or tea length/midi dress. Ceremony and Reception - cocktail attire with a festive twist. Gentlemen should wear a suit and tie. Ladies may wear midi to long cocktail dresses. While not required, sequins, velvet, jewel tones, metallics, and festive, winter chic elements are encouraged! Please note the bridesmaids will be wearing black.

Although we adore your children, we've elected to make our wedding an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us
