Let's all celebrate together! In a safe, cocktail party, open house kind of way! Feel free to stop by and say hi, or hang out with us for the evening, being sure to follow the CDC’s most recent guidelines. We understand that with COVID-19 not everyone feels comfortable attending or is able to make it to our reception. Everyone's health and safety is our greatest priority.
One fine night shift at the hospital, Thelicia, a pharmacy tech told Rachael to friend John on Facebook and go out with him. To which Rachael promptly told Thelicia to go right back down to the pharmacy and make sure John knew a friend request was coming his way, so he wasn’t weirded out of course. A few days later and a coffee date, here we all are. Ahh, 21st century romance.
A big snowstorm was going to hit the Northeastern part of the country this weekend. Sounds like a great time to get engaged. We headed up to Holiday Valley for a quick overnight trip to go snowboarding that weekend. Made a pit stop at Southern Tier for a tour and some beer (highly recommend if you’re ever in the area). Did a little evening boarding, not the best of conditions but we enjoyed it. Headed back to our hotel to change for dinner, and bam! Right there, just the two of us, John got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. Of course I said yes! We then proceeded to go out for pizza and beer, enjoying our evening in Ellicottville as a newly engaged couple.
Us along with our immediate families graciously celebrated our wedding ceremony and dinner on November 9th of 2019. Now we would like to celebrate our marriage with everyone else!
