Flight
Macarthur Airport, only a 25 minute drive away, is the ideal airport if you are flying in from the following destinations: Baltimore/Washington, Boston, Charleston, Charlotte/Concord, Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Lakeland (FL), Miami, Myrtle Beach, Norfolk, Orlando, Palm Beach, Raleigh-Durham, Richmond, Sarasota, Tampa, Vero Beach, and Wilmington, NC or New Orleans.
Flight
JFK airport is about an hour and 15 minute drive to the hotel and The Three Village Inn. Guests arriving at JFK airport can take the airtrain directly from JFK to the Jamaica LIRR station. From Jamaica, you can take a train directly to Stony Brook via the Port Jefferson LIRR line. Sounds tedious, but it's a great budget friendly, direct and reliable option that takes ~100 minutes.
