Absolutely! We love your bundles of joy, and they're more than welcomed to celebrate with us as well! If you see a problem with your RSVP not including your kiddo- please reach out so that it can be corrected! We also understand if you leave your children at home- so don't feel obligated! Use this as a date-night if you'd like!
The attire is preferred semi-formal! However, if you show up in casual or black-tie it's your choice! All we ask is no white and no wedding colors unless you're immediate family!
The wedding color scheme is burgundy, carnation pink, navy blue and gold as an accent color!
There will be no transportation organized or set-up, but if you're needing a ride home or to your hotel we're happy to help you find a safe ride to your destination!
If your RSVP says "guest"- absolutely! If your RSVP is not allowing you to add a plus one- please reach out to us so we can get something figured out! If you bring guests that were not accounted for- please bring extra chairs and food for them!
Of course! For dinner we will have pulled pork, BBQ chicken, and plentiful sides! There will be 3 different kinds of cupcakes instead of cake- Hot Chocolate, S'mores, and Hot Apple Cider! Don't fancy these flavors? No problem! There will also be a sweets table with a variety to choose from- as well as a S'mores bar! For drinks we will offer tea, lemonade, water, and two specialty mock-tail drinks (Cran-Apple Cider and Sparkling Strawberry Lemonade). There will not be any alcohol served.
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outside on the patio. If it is raining, snowing, or too cold we will move the ceremony inside. If this happens, please be patient after the ceremony as we may need a little time to move things to be fully ready for the reception!
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow you and/or your family time to find seats and parking.
Guests will be able to park in a lot that is in front of the venue. It is a gravel parking lot, please do be careful if you're walking in heels! Parking is free.
We are asking that the ceremony be unplugged (phones on silent and no pictures during the ceremony). At the reception please take all the pictures your heart desires! If you upload them to social media, please use our wedding hashtag so that we can see what the highlights of your night were! We will have a Selfie-Station set up with props and selfie sticks!
All of our registries will be linked to our wedding website! If gifts aren't your thing we will have a box for honeymoon donations. Not feeling either? No biggie! Your presence is enough of a gift, please celebrate with us regardless!
