As of the date I am posting this, 8/7/2020, We have decided out of an abundance of caution for our loved ones who would need to travel and are concerned about covid, that we will have an immediate family only wedding this year and have a vow renewal next year on October 23, 2021. We will be sending out change the dates soon so that everyone knows but we are also trying to contact people individually as well.
Yes. Hobbs Tavern & Brewery in West Ossipee, NH is the location for our ceremony and the reception. We are hoping for good weather. If this is the case, the ceremony will be outside on the field next to the brewery. There is a little bridge that will take you from the parking lot to the ceremony space. There will be signs directing you where to go. If the weather is not so good, the ceremony will be held in the upstairs function room in front of the fireplace. The reception is bring held in the upstairs function room at the brewery.
What is unplugged? We are asking our friends and family to kindly keep your cellphones and cameras put away during the ceremony. This allows our photographer to get the best photos possible. Once we have walked down the aisle as husband and wife feel free to take as many pictures as you want! Thank you for understanding!
While Joh and Jason will be dressed up, you can wear whatever you like. Relaxed and chill is the theme of the day, so wear whatever you will be comfortable in during the (hopefully outdoor) ceremony in late October and an indoor reception directly afterwards.

Fox Ridge Resort (see travel section) will be releasing any rooms that have not been booked on September 20th, 2020. If you are planning on staying here, please book your room before then. It is "leaf-peeping" season in New Hampshire at this time of year, and the hotels will book up very quickly. This weekend is one of the most popular weekends, it's supposed to be peak leaf color time here.
Invitations will be going out in May, 2020. We hope to receive all our RSVPs by September 1st in order to give the venue the correct numbers in a timely fashion. It is an all-in-one invite, meaning there is a perforated postcard at the bottom of the invitation. You just need to fill out the card, tear that portion off and send it back to us. Postage should be on the postcard already. Please remember to indicate any dietary restrictions and what meal each person will be having. (Look at other FAQ for meal info). It is a sit-down dinner, and we need to know how many of each meal we need to request. Thank you!
For those that wish to take advantage of libations at the wedding, there will be a shuttle school bus to take guests back to the Fox Ridge Resort (about a half hour/twenty minutes away). We encourage you to take advantage of the shuttle if you would like to do so. However, if you are driving to the venue (Hobbs Tavern & Brewery) there is plenty of free parking there.
