All are welcome to join us on the back lawn of the Mount Washington Hotel at the Ammonoosuc Firepit (look for our event sign) for a cozy welcome gathering featuring charcuterie and light bites. Grab your favorite drink from the Stickney Bar, settle in by the fire, and help us kick off our wedding weekend...before the bride heads off for an early night!
4:00 pm - 10:00 pm
A shuttle bus designated for our wedding will begin picking up guests from the Mount Washington Hotel and the Bretton Arms Inn at 4:00 PM EST. Shuttle service will also be available throughout the evening to return guests to the hotel and inn, with final departures following the conclusion of our wedding at 10:00 PM EST. If you are not staying at the Mount Washington Hotel or The Bretton Arms Inn and need transportation, please refer to the FAQs section for a list of local car services - please note that these services must be pre-arranged opposed to day of.

Our venue will open at 4:00pm EST, we kindly ask that you arrive at the ceremony no later than 4:20pm EST.

The Cave is a historic speakeasy-style bar tucked into the lower level of the Omni Mount Washington Resort and is open until 12am friday nights. Originally a squash court, it became a hidden bar during Prohibition! The Mount Washington Hotel lights its outdoor fire pits nightly. If you’d like to continue the evening after the wedding, the fire pits are a great place to relax and gather. If they are not lit, you can request assistance at the front desk or call (603) 278-8989.
