Müssen wir uns davor testen lassen?
Answer
Ja, bitte lasst euch davor noch am gleichen Tag testen! Für die Feier ist es verpflichtend, dass jeder einen negativen Schnelltest nachweisen kann und dieser wird bereits beim Einlass in die Kirche benötigt. In Freiburg sind überall Testzentren, an denen man sich kostenlos und oft auch ohne Termin testen lassen kann. In der Regel dauert es 15-30 Minuten bis man das Testergebnis bekommt. Da wir vermeiden wollen, dass es kurz vor der Hochzeit einen großen Andrang gibt, bitten wir euch, euch schon ein paar Stunden vor der Hochzeit (vielleicht schon nach dem Frühstück) testen zu lassen. Do we have to get tested for Covid before the wedding?
Answer
Yes, please get tested on Saturday before our wedding! There are test centers throughout Freiburg that offer free testing without an appointment! It takes about 15-30 minutes to get the results. Even if you are already fully vaccinated our venue requires everyone to provide a negative test result. Therefore we kindly ask you to please get tested a couple hours before the ceremony. In order to avoid a long line, we ask you to please already get tested a couple hours (perhaps after breakfast) before the start of our wedding ceremony. You will be asked to then show your negative test result when enetring the church. Thank you!

Liebe Gäste, lasst Euch sagen, Pakete braucht Ihr nicht zu tragen, auch braucht ihr nicht zu laufen, um Geschenke einzukaufen. Denn unser Haushalt der ist voll, drum fänden wir es richtig toll, ein Kuvert mit etwas drin, macht uns Freude und hat Sinn.

Bitte denkt dran, dass es in Freiburg überwiegend Pflasterstein in der Altstadt gibt, und tragt bequeme Schuhe. Und für die Kirche und die Gänge im CB eine Maske! Da wir einen Fotograf für die Kirche haben bitten wir euch während des Gottesdienstes die Handys auszuschalten und mit uns zu feiern.

Keep in mind that Freiburg has mostly cobblestone streets so wear comfortable shoes. And of course a mask for the church and the hallways of the CB! Since we have a photographer for the church, we would like you to please turn off your phones and celebrate the mass with us.
