Napa is about a 80-90 minute drive from three different airports – San Francisco (SFO), Oakland (OAK) and Sacramento (SMF). OAK is the closest, but SFO generally has the most flights.

Getting Around
Renting a car is recommended, as taxi/Ubers are quite difficult to get in Napa (trust us on this one - Johan works for Uber!). Additionally, an Uber from SFO to Napa generally costs between $100-150 each way (not during rush hour). You may also want to coordinate rides to wineries using My Napa Valley Driver (707-254-5115) or Yellow Cab Napa Valley (707-226-3731).

Carneros is our wedding venue. The property is stunning but very pricey, so we have provided more affordable options below. We have a handful of discounted rooms blocked at Carneros, ranging from $795-$995/night, plus taxes and fees. Please contact the Reservations Department at (707) 299-4900 to reserve your room, and mention the Khinvasara-Thomas Wedding room block. Staying at Carneros? The Archer Napa is a 4-star hotel and a great option for those looking to stay in the heart of downtown Napa. The hotel is located ~12 minutes away by car. We do not have a discounted room block here, but recommend you book early to take advantage of a lower rate. We will have shuttles picking up and dropping off from The Archer Napa, and more details on that will be provided closer to the wedding.

Shuttle from Embassy Suites and Archer Hotel to Carneros

A shuttle will pick up from Embassy suites at 3:15pm and then The Archer Hotel at 3:30pm to take guests to Carneros. At the end of the night, we will have a reverse route from Carneros to these hotels departing at 11:00pm and 12:00am.
