Gifts are not required! If you would like to give something, contributions to our Honeymoon Fund mean the world to us. We are also moving to Texas soon, so the less stuff the better!
No formal dress code, but please skip the jeans. Feel free to coordinate with our colors: dark green, dark plum, ivory, cream, black, grey, charcoal, dusty rose, mauve, and oxblood. All black is welcome too! One request: plum ties and bow ties are reserved for the groom.
Yes! There will be a designated parking area in the small field with a sign. Carpooling is encouraged but not required.
We are keeping it intimate with just family! The main event includes a ceremony and dinner following our couple photos. We would also love to see everyone for a casual dinner on Friday and brunch on Saturday if you are up for it. Keep an eye out for those events posted separately so you can RSVP.
Wine will be provided during dinner. Guests who would like to enjoy other alcoholic beverages are welcome to bring their own. In accordance with our venue's requirements, all alcoholic beverages will be managed by our Beverage Captain and MAST Alcohol Monitor.
Kids are absolutely welcome! Please keep in mind that children old enough to receive their own invitation do not have an automatic plus one. Our wedding is intimate and reserved strictly for those who received an official invite
No. Our wedding is reserved for family only.
The Clemente-Gambill household is happy to pick up anyone from the airport and drive you anywhere you would like to go. Please text us ahead of time so that we may make accommodations.
Our vow exchange is outdoors in a large field. Our dinner will be indoors in the studio.
We will not have a DJ but we will have Bluetooth speakers!
No! This is a small, intimate family wedding, and we're intentionally keeping things simple. Instead of hiring a wedding planner or coordinator, we're relying on our amazing family and friends to help make the day run smoothly. If you'd like to be part of the team, we'd love your help! We've created a few volunteer "captain" roles, where each person simply oversees one area and gathers a few helping hands as needed. Current volunteer roles include: * Logistics Captain * Setup Captain * Cleanup Captain * Food Captain * Kid Captain * MAST Alcohol Monitor * Beverage Helper (1 additional volunteer) If you're interested in helping in any capacity, please let us know! You can reach out to JoHana, Justin, our parents, or our siblings. Every little bit helps, and it allows us to spend more time enjoying the day with our family instead of worrying about logistics.
