We recommend arriving in Panama on Thursday, August 20, so you have time to rest after your flight. This means either taking a flight that arrives in Panama on August 20, or a flight on August 19 that lands on August 20.
Guests will stay in Panama City on Thursday, August 20, and on Friday, August 21, transportation to Chitré will be provided around midday. We'll be covering transportation from Panama City to Chitré, round trip.
We'll return to Panama City on Sunday, August 23.
We recommend staying until August 27 or 28, but if you would like to stay longer, you are more than welcome to.
Our main hotel in Chitré will be Hotel Cubitá.
Yes. Rooms have already been reserved under each guest’s name. Each guest will be responsible for paying for their hotel stay. The rate is $99 per night.

Yes. We'll be hosting a post-wedding brunch the day after the wedding so everyone can relax, enjoy good food, and spend a little more time together before heading back to Panama City.

We have organized a 4-day mini tour of Panama, which will include visits to popular spots in the city as well as nearby islands. We will share a more detailed itinerary later on.
Most activities will be planned as a group, but participation is completely optional. No. We'll coordinate group reservations and cover all the costs.
Some activities may include light walking, so we recommend bringing comfortable footwear, such as sandals for the beach.
Panama has a warm and humid climate. We recommend bringing light clothing, swimwear, sunscreen, and sunglasses. We also suggest packing casual but presentable outfits, such as jeans, button-down shirts, blouses, or other nice casual wear for dinners or evenings out.
August is part of Panama’s rainy season, but rain usually comes in short periods and then clears up. It is still warm, so we recommend bringing light clothing.
Yes. Panama uses the U.S. dollar, so there is no need to exchange currency.
We recommend bringing both. Most places accept cards, but having some cash on hand is always helpful for smaller purchases.
Panama is generally safe for tourists, but as with any destination, we recommend staying aware of your surroundings and using common sense.
