Directions to Pine Valley Ranch Venue

Turn right and drive through San Ardo. Continue north along the train tracks for approximately 5 miles, then turn right onto Pine Valley Road. After exactly 1 mile, turn right at the metal Pine Valley Ranch sign onto the dirt road. Follow this road through the overhead to reach the barn. From the North: Take Highway 101 South and exit 198 toward San Lucas/Coalinga. Go left under the freeway. After 1/2 mile, turn right onto Cattlemen Road. Drive approximately 8 miles, then turn left onto Pine Valley Road. Continue for exactly 1 mile and turn right at the metal Pine Valley Ranch sign onto the dirt road. Follow this road through the overhead to reach the barn.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes, children are welcome to attend, but only those specifically named on the invitation. While we would love to include your little ones in our celebration, our venue's waterfront setting presents some unsafe conditions. For this reason, we kindly request that children be left with a trusted babysitter to ensure everyone's comfort and safety during our special day.

What is the dress code?

We kindly request that guests dress in formal attire. As a courtesy to the couple and bridal party, we ask that you do NOT wear white or sage green to the wedding.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start at 4:00 P.M. Please arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, parking will be available at Pine Valley Ranch. It is an open space, we kindly ask that you park in an organized manner and ensure you do not block other vehicles.

To RSVP, simply visit our wedding website's dedicated RSVP page, which will become available once our official invitations are sent out. Please be sure to submit your response by April 1, 2026 to help us finalize our wedding plans.
