What is the wedding itinerary?

Answer

Shuttles will pick up from the hotels at 3:30. Ceremony will start at 4:00 followed by cocktail hour at 4:30 and reception at 6:00, all at Blooming Hill Farm. After-party at Kelley Jean's in Goshen 10:15pm-2am. Shuttles provided to and from all listed hotels. Shuttles provided to and from the afterparty as well, but only the Orange Inn and The Fairfield Inn in Goshen.

Is there parking available?

Answer

There is parking at Blooming Hill Farm but they do not allow cars to be parked overnight.

Are there accommodations near the venue?

Answer

Yes. We have room blocks reserved at 3 local hotels. Click the Hotel link at the top for more information. If you are planning on going to the after-party, we recommend staying at The Fairfield Inn or The Orange Inn. The Sleep Inn is closest to the venue.

Will there be transportation service?

Answer

Yes. There will be transportation between the hotels and venue, and from the venue to the after-party. Taxis and Ubers are also available. Goshen Taxi (pre scheduled rides 845-615-9299), Geo Taxi Service (845-213-5639), Speedy Taxi Service (845-783-6651), and Village Taxi (845-783-6112). Do not rely on Uber for transportation to and from the venue in Monroe, as drivers may not be available. However, Uber may be more readily available in Goshen.

Yes. We will need to know if you are dietarily challenged when you RSVP.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:00. If you are parking/staying at a hotel, the shuttle will pick you up at 3:30.

What should I wear?

Answer

Most of the wedding will be outside. Walkways between the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and bathrooms are on uneven surfaces including mulch, grass, and gravel. The barn, restaurant, and tent will be heated, but the ceremony and bonfire, as well as the walk to the bathroom, will be outside.
