Can I bring a date?
Answer
We can't wait to celebrate our special day with our family and friends. As we will be traveling and have limited space, only those formally invited will be accommodated at the wedding. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP. That being said, someone not invited to the wedding can still share a room with an invited guest at the resort.

Are kids welcome?

We've decided to keep our wedding adults only, 18+. Kids are allowed to stay at Hotel Xcaret Mexico and we will provide information about babysitting services provided by the hotel upon request.

Will I need a passport?
Answer
Yes! Our wedding is taking place in Mexico so a valid passport is required for travel.

Is the hotel all inclusive?
Answer
Yes! We wanted to make traveling for our guests as simple as possible. Your room price includes airport transfers both ways, excursions, food and drinks.

What should I wear to the welcome party?
Answer
For the welcome party, ladies, feel free to wear a sundress or romper. Gentlemen, shorts paired with a button-up shirt and sandals make a great look for the occasion.

What should I wear to the wedding?
Answer
We'd love for our ladies to wear something colorful and comfortable in lightweight, breathable fabrics—think elegant midi or full-length dresses that are a step above casual but more relaxed than formal gowns. For our gentlemen, lightweight pieces like linen pants paired with button-down shirts strike the perfect note. Ties are entirely optional.

Please RSVP by January 7th, 2026. Use either the provided RSVP card in your invitation, or use the RSVP tab here on our website.

When do I need to book a room by?
Answer
The deadline to secure a room in our block is January 27th, 2026. Please visit the travel tab here on our website where you can find the link to our room block as well as more information regarding travel.
