What does it mean by private ceremony on the invitation?

Answer

We will only have seating available for family members, but you are welcome to come and stand if you desire.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4-please arrive by 3:50. There will be a short "cocktail hour" after the ceremony and before dinner is served. The bar will be available and games will be set out to play.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code is "Wyoming casual" so think western dress and feel free to wear blue jeans.

Yes kids are welcome.

Will alcoholic beverages be served?

Answer

Yes, the bar will be open throughout the night, but it is a Cash bar so please plan accordingly.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

The college national finals rodeo is the week of the wedding so be sure to book hotels as soon as possible if needed.
