Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request formal attire for our celebration. Gentlemen are asked to wear a suit, while ladies are encouraged to wear a floor-length or midi dress, or an elegant pantsuit. Our bridal party will be dressed in light blue. As the ceremony will take place outdoors on the grass, we recommend that ladies keep this in mind when selecting their footwear.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive by 4:15 p.m., as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 p.m. The venue respectfully requests that guests do not arrive prior to 4:00 p.m.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We kindly ask that only those guests listed on your wedding invitation attend. If you received a plus one, their name will appear alongside yours when you RSVP. Thank you so much for your understanding and for celebrating with us!

While we adore your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For guests opting to drive, Crystal Lake Country Club offers parking in front of the Clubhouse, along with complimentary valet service. The Club graciously permits and encourages overnight parking, should you wish to enjoy a few additional celebratory cocktails.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

For guests staying at the Holiday Inn Crystal Lake, a shuttle service will be provided to and from Crystal Lake Country Club. The shuttles will be departing from the hotel promptly at 3:45pm. Shuttles will start returning guests to the hotel from 9:00-11:00pm.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We welcome you to join us at our favorite Crystal Lake bar, The Cottage, on Friday evening from 7-10pm to kick off the wedding weekend!
