What are you doing about COVID?

Answer

Here are some of the precautions we will be taking: - Our event will be entirely outdoors rain or shine - We've limited our guest list - Mask requirements have been lifted unless you are in the manor house - Ceremony seats will be grouped by household / "pod" - Reception seats will also be grouped by household / "pod" - Hand sanitizer will be available - Staff will be masked at all times and remain distant when possible These precautions may change based on state and local guidelines.

I see your dinner is buffet, what are the precautions for this?

Answer

Our catering company will be serving the dinner meals while wearing masks and gloves. They are taking every precaution necessary to keep themselves and all of you safe.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Cocktail dresses, fancy jumpsuits, or gowns for women; and suits or a blazer and/or tie with slacks for men.

Is parking available at Belmont

Answer

Yes. There's a small paved parking lot and a larger grass lot. Individuals may be dropped off at the front of the building or closer to the garden if needed. Handicap parking is located in the main lo. Belmont will have staff available to assist anyone with accessibility needs. Please note that overnight parking is NOT permitted at Belmont.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 15-20 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Should I get a Covid test?

Answer

While we aren't requiring this it would be very much appreciated as it's an extra assurance that all of our guests and vendors are safe.
