We originally met my senior year in high school. I had gone with my best friend to the apartment complex where her boyfriend lived. There were several people hanging around outside, including my friend's boyfriend and Joey. Joey and I started dating shortly thereafter, including going to my senior prom. As young love often does, we went our separate ways. Fast forward 20 some-odd years and I ran into Joey's sister on social media. A few days after that I got a friend request from Joey. Almost 4 years later and we're making it for always.
