How do I RSVP?

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please make sure to RSVP “yes”, or “no” by June 30th, 2026. This allows us to give our vendors a correct count prior to the wedding.

What happens if I don’t RSVP on time?

Answer

Please RSVP by the deadline so we can finalize seating and catering. If we don’t hear from you in time, we will assume you are unable to attend.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can’t make it, please make sure to RSVP no so we can plan accordingly with our guest count for vendors! Please do this before June 30th when RSVP are due.

What should we expect during the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be a meaningful unity service rooted in faith, celebrating the joining of two lives into one before God. It will be intimate and personal, with the sharing of heartfelt vows.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors, surrounded by trees and nature. Please plan your footwear and layers accordingly.

Can I take photos or video during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. At the beginning, once we are at the altar, there will be a brief moment for photos. After that, we ask that all devices be put away so everyone can fully experience this special moment.

Will there be a reception following the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. An outdoor reception with dinner will take place immediately after the ceremony for all guests.

What can guests expect during the reception?

Answer

Guests can expect an intimate and relaxed evening with soft music, good conversation, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We have chosen to do a dry wedding, meaning there will be no alcohol available or allowed during the reception or ceremony.

What type of meal will be served?

Answer

A thoughtfully prepared Mexican cuisine will be served. Please let us know of any allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. We kindly request formal or semi-formal attire. We have suggested a color palette inspired by a romantic, moody, and timeless aesthetic. These colors are not required, but are encouraged to help create a cohesive look. As a courtesy, we kindly ask guests to avoid white or similar shades. Suggested tones include: • Black • Wine, burgundy, or deep plum • Berry or muted mauve • Olive, moss, or sage green Additional attire details will be shared closer to the wedding day. Please check back for the full dress code.

What color are the bridesmaids wearing?

Answer

All of our beautiful bridesmaids will be wearing chocolate brown.

Are children invited?

Answer

Yes. We are delighted to welcome the children whose names are included on your invitation.Families are welcome to step out and return as needed during the ceremony.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation in order to RSVP.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes. Complimentary on-site parking is available. If those spaces are filled, an additional parking area is located directly next to the on-site parking for guest convenience.

Where should I stay?

Answer

First off, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! We have provided everyone with a great list of hotels near the venue that you may book with for the night. This will be located under the travel tab with links provided to each hotel to check availability and book!

Amablemente pedimos que los invitados se abstengan de tomar fotos o videos durante la ceremonia. Al inicio, una vez que estemos en el altar, habrá un breve momento permitido para fotografías. Después de eso, solicitamos guardar los dispositivos para que todos puedan vivir plenamente este momento tan especial.

Sí. Amablemente solicitamos vestimenta formal o semi-formal. Hemos sugerido una paleta de colores inspirada en una estética romántica, sobria y atemporal. Estos colores no son obligatorios, pero se recomiendan para ayudar a crear una apariencia armoniosa. Como cortesía, pedimos evitar el color blanco o tonos similares. Tonos sugeridos incluyen: • Negro • Vino, borgoña o ciruela profunda • Tonos berry o malva suave • Verde oliva, musgo o verde salvia Se compartirán más detalles sobre la vestimenta más cerca del día de la boda. Sí. Habrá estacionamiento gratuito en el lugar. Si estos espacios se llenan, habrá un área adicional de estacionamiento ubicada justo al lado para mayor comodidad de los invitados.
