For guests staying on Saturday only, please note that standard hotel check-in time is after the shuttles depart for the ceremony.


If you would like to check in early, please call your hotel that morning to see if an early check-in is available.
Otherwise, we recommend arriving ready for the wedding. The hotel should be able to hold your bags for you if space permits.
If you do not plan to check in before midnight, please call the hotel to notify them so your reservation is not marked as a no-show.




For guests flying in on Friday, if your travel is delayed, please contact your hotel directly to inform them of your late arrival so that you are not charged for a no-show.
