Kelsie and Maddys journey started in college, they were brought together through their sorority! That was just the beginning for them both, they then went on to being roommates for 3 years and going to nursing school together! Maddy and Kelsie were inseparable in college and you likely wouldn't see one without the other close behind. These two have shared a lot of great life moments together, the biggest to come will be that they are both each others Maid of Honors!

Denzel Wheaton

Best Man

Denzel has been one of Joey's closest friends since the 3rd grade! They grew up in the same neighborhood, played on the same sports teams through high school, and lived together at BGSU for 3 out of 4 years. Denzel was there from the beginning when Joey and Maddy first initially dated! He is a true friend and is always there when you need him.

Alyssa Patriarca

Where to begin with these two! Maddy and Alyssa have been friends since Middle school, those were the days of first applying makeup! Alyssa was always the gifted one in the department and happily fixed Maddys raccoon eyes on more than one occasion. From the middle school drama all the way to the adult drama, Maddy and Alyssa have been there for each other through it all. These two talk roughly 3-5 times weekly about everything under the sun!

Alex Weiner

Alex and Joey go WAY back to the streets of Sun Breeze Trail as neighbors, starting at the age of 9. They have played more backyard baseball and "knockout" basketball then most kids could ever dream of! Alex is the one of the most genuine people you will ever meet, and he and Joey remain extremely close to this day.

Nicole Kissling

Maddy and Nicole first met each other through their college sorority, Maddy was Nicoles big which is like a mentor in the sorority. Although, Nicole was just as much a mentor to Maddy as Maddy was to her. Nicole is the type of person to always have your back but also be completely honest with you. Maddy isn't able to look back on her favorite college memories without having Nicole in them. Both of them have since moved to the South and visit each other as much as they can!

Chris DiPofi

Joey first met Chris back in 1994 when Joey was born, and Chris was already there. Chris has served as a role model for Joey ever since! Chris is always there to provide a sound and logical perspective on any challenge or new experience Joey is faced with. Some of their best times include playing Nintendo as kids and enjoying each others' company on the morning drive to high school. Joey couldn't have asked for a better older brother!

Kirsi Sinha

Maddy and Kirsi first met each other while going through the dark days of nigh shift nursing! They quickly became best friends, and started scheduling all their shifts together! Kirsi is the type of friend to be brutally honest and also bring an objective point of view to their conversations. Maddy values Kirsi's objectivity and her great outlook on life. Kirsi is extremely family oriented, but if she isn't with her family she is likely on the beach somewhere!

Mikey DiPofi

As Joey's younger brother, Mikey was the ideal wrestling partner when they were kids. He held his own and we may or may not have broken a few things around the house! As kids, Mikey and Joey played countless hours of catch with the ol' baseball in their front yard. Mikey has a huge heart and will likely be the most well-groomed person at our wedding. (Joey is still taller than him.)

Lena Thoreson

Lena is Maddys big sister, these two have been through a lot together! Maddy and Lena for most of Maddys life had the typical sister relationship, filled with arguments followed by a shopping trip or some type of great dinner! But, in the past few years their relationship has grown beyond that and they are more than sisters, they are actually becoming great friends. Lena even asked Maddy and Joey to be her daughter Dani May's god parents!

Casey Schaffer

As long-time friends, Casey and Joey have many similar tastes, one of them being music. For example, Casey agrees with Joey that Wiz Khalifa might just be the GOAT if you consider only a few songs for each artist. Casey and Joey often share with each other their career ambitions and life goals, while staying in touch regularly. Casey is reliable and one of the best guys Joey knows.

Rachel Latosky

Maddy and Rachel met in college through their sorority! These two quickly bonded over their love of working out and eating great food. Maddy and Rachel just always seemed to gravitate to each other during any type of event they were at, and would always have a great time. Maddy and Rachel to this day still enjoy talking about anything health and fitness related and also enjoy keeping up to date in each others lives.

Blake Thoreson

Blake is Maddy's older brother and a former marine. When Joey first met Blake, Joey had an understandable level of nervousness because he wanted to make a strong first impression. Looking back on it, Joey had nothing to worry about because Blake took it super easy on him. They have developed a strong friendship of their own today and Blake showed Joey how to shoot his first gun. Blake is someone who Joey can count on and knows Blake will be there if Joey needs him.

Ava Thoreson

Ava is Maddys 12 year old niece, but just by looking at her you would guess she would be Maddys 18 year old sister. Ava is a extremely active hockey star who also is excelling at school. Maddy and Ava have always been close and Ava gave Maddy the role of filling not only proud aunt but also little sister. Maddy is extremely proud of the beautiful young lady Ava is becoming and cant wait to see where life take her.

Kyle Parker

Kyle is Joey's youngest brother and is catching up quite quickly to Joey's height! Kyle has a good head on his shoulders and has a bright future in sports! With about a 16 year difference in age, Kyle (as a baby) gave Joey a sneak peak to parenthood! Joey appreciates this greatly. Thank you for being a great younger brother, Kyle!

Kayla Parker

Kayla, also known to Joey as "KP", is the sister Joey always wanted! Joey often wondered why he didn't have an artistic gene in his body, and then when Kayla came along he realized they all went to her. Kayla has a very creative mind when it comes to building legos and creating different pieces of art. She is a kind-hearted, beautiful young lady and loves to laugh! Joey is lucky to have Kayla in his wedding as a junior bridesmaid!
