Check out the Chain of Lakes in Minneapolis - rent a kayak on Bde Maka Ska, take in the architecture around Cedar Lake, or enjoy a concert at the Lake Harriet Bandshell. Spend an afternoon at Minnehaha Falls - the trail starts at the falls and is only a short hike down to the river. Then enjoy lunch at Sea Salt Eatery, an awesome lunch spot within the park. Spend Sunday morning at the Farmers Market in Lowertown - get a taste of local food vendors and enjoy the bustling atmosphere. Visit the Stone Arch Bridge in Minneapolis - while you're in the area, pop into the Guthrie Theater and take in the views from their Endless Bridge and Pohlad Lobby. Take a hike in Theodore Wirth Regional Park - miles of hiking trails tucked in the city.
