Are kids welcome?

Answer

Because we want our guests to enjoy a stress-free day, we have decided to have an ADULTS-ONLY wedding. The only children attending the wedding will be our flower girl and ring-bearer :) Porque queremos que nuestros invitados disfruten de un día sin estrés, hemos decidido tener una boda SOLO PARA ADULTOS.

We encourage you to RSVP by June 30th. Le animamos a RSVP para el 30 de Junio.

Are you registered? Where? ¿Está registrado? Donde?

Answer

We are currently not registered anywhere. We are accepting donations to fund our honeymoon :) Click on our registry tab to find out more! Actualmente no estamos registrados en ninguna parte. Estamos aceptando donaciones para financiar nuestra luna de miel :)

We highly recommend the Embassy Suites by Hilton Rockford Riverfront. We have made a wedding block for our guests here so we encourage you to book quickly if you plan on staying at this great hotel! Also, this is the closest hotel to our wedding venue and where we will have our after-party! It's going to be a great time! How much is the rate for the hotel wedding block rooms? ¿Cuánto cuesta la habitación de las bodas del hotel?

Answer

The rate for a room at the Embassy Suites, where we have our wedding block, is $179. Guests have a choice of either a 2 Queen Beds 2 Room Suite or a 1 King Bed 2 Room Suite. Each suite contains a separate living area with a sofa couch which can sleep two people. The Queen rooms can sleep up to 6 people and the King room can sleep up to 4 people. All you need to book a room is a credit card for the hotel to guarantee the reservation. The hotel DOES NOT CHARGE ANYTHING until the guest arrives to check in. A 24 hr cancellation policy is offered in the event that a guest is unable to travel. La tarifa por una habitación en el Embassy Suites es de $ 179. What time is check in and check out at the Embassy Suites?

Answer

Currently, the check in time is 4pm. However, we are working on getting an earlier check in time. We will keep you updated on this page! If you plan on getting ready at the hotel, we recommend booking Friday night as well so you can get ready comfortably.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We encourage you to get to the venue by 4PM as we are having the ceremony in the perennial garden. There will be trolleys available to take you to the back of the garden or you can walk through the gardens if you choose (about 7 minute walk).
