Question
Where should guests park? Is parking free?
Answer
There is a free parking lot at Shaughnessy Restaurant, just off of Oak Street and W 37th Avenue. The parking lot is shared with the VanDusen gardens so we recommend carpooling if possible. There is also street parking along Oak Street and residential street parking along W 37th Avenue if the parking lot is full.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Answer
Please arrive at 4:00pm so that we can begin the ceremony promptly at 4:30pm.

WILL THE WEDDING BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
Answer
The ceremony will take place on a covered patio and the reception will be indoors so you do not need to worry about the rain!

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Answer
Yes, there will be an open bar following cocktail hour with last call at 11:30pm. There will also be drinks served during cocktail hour and wine at the tables during dinner. Please drink responsibly and arrange a safe ride home.

WHAT IF I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
Answer
The reception will include a seated three course meal. Guests will have an option between three different main entrees. Your order will be taken by the servers on the night of. We are happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions but please let us know in advance, so we can coordinate with the kitchen staff.

DO YOU HAVE A WEDDING REGISTRY?
Answer
We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love. While gifts are not expected, we have registered for a few items (see Registry tab at top of page) or a contribution towards our honeymoon fund would be greatly appreciated.

When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
We kindly ask that you RSVP by July 7th using the link on the online Paperless post invitation. Please indicate in the comment section if you have any specific dietary restrictions.
Question
Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Unfortunately, due to capacity limitations at the venue, we will only be able to accommodate individuals that are listed on the invitation. If your kid(s) or your plus one is invited to the wedding, their name will be listed on the invitation sent to you. Thank you for understanding!
