Julia is head over heels for Joey. He has shown her a type of love she never knew existed. Seeing Joey is always the highlight of her week, whether it be a long day at the hospital or a regular day at home she is always so happy to see him. If you asked her, she would tell you that Joey is her new home and forever her prince.
Matt Cron
Best Man
Matt met Joey in the first grade. They became friends quickly: Matt thought he was cool and Joey thought Matt was fast. We'll see if that holds true. Growing up they hung out any chance they got. They'd always go over eachother's houses, play videogames all night, longboard, heck they even did youth soccer and t-ball together. The Palmieris have always made Matt feel a part of their family and Joey has been with Matt for some of my best memories. It has been a pleasure for Matt to have had Joey with him for so many milestones and Matt is so appreciative to have the honor of being Joey's Best Man. Matt is so happy for both Joey and Julia and cannot wait to create so many more lasting memories now with the two of them. Congrats!

Julia and Carmen’s relationship is built on a lifetime of inside jokes, shared gossip, and questionable health advice. As sisters, they’ve survived everything from matching holiday outfits to post-stomach-bug road trips where everyone breathed out the window. Carmen has always admired Julia’s big heart, undying loyalty, and her uncanny ability to turn even the most ordinary comment into a joke. Watching Julia and Joey together has been a joy, and it’s clear that they bring out the absolute best in each other. Carmen is beyond honored to be Julia’s maid of honor and can’t wait to celebrate their love, tell some embarrassing stories, and remind everyone that she taught Julia everything she knows—except how to pick the perfect partner. Julia managed that one all on her own.

On the first day of eighth grade, when Wes was first starting out at a brand new middle school, Joey sat next to him in homeroom out of sheer curiosity. They quite instantly became close friends as they found much to bond over: music, movies, and an absolutely bizarre sense of humor. Throughout high school they regularly hung out at Joey’s house, picking up all sorts of pastimes like pool, longboarding throughout Framingham, and sobbing while watching Tommy Wiseau’s The Room. To neither of their surprise, they remained close throughout college and into adulthood. Joey has been nothing but an incredible friend to Wes over the past 15 years and he is so grateful to be a groomsman at this wedding. I’m so glad that Joey has met Julia and cannot wait to see what their life together becomes. Congratulations to both of you!
Maria Tracy

Maria is Julia’s next younger sister in the Tracy lineup and the Sunny to her Bob-Fred Jr (iykyk). Maria’s favorite pastime is making people laugh, with her amazing sisters being one of her most receptive audiences. Some of Maria’s favorite memories with Julia include the annual Cool Thing Day Dunkin picture and those random summer nights when they would get Ben and Jerry’s and just sit around talking for hours eating maybe too much ice cream. Maria is so happy to have both Julia and Joey in her life and she is so excited to see their Happily Ever After! Maria is honored to get the chance to be with them every step of the way and can’t wait to see everyone on the dance floor!

The first time Peter was unfortunate enough to meet Joey was in the sixth grade, in homeroom "Bolivar". Their first conversation was something like this, quote, "you look like a Peter". Peter responded with, "and you look like a Joey". It's been all downhill ever since. Life steadily got worse and worse for Peter, enduring both middle and high school together with Joey. He even had to attend the same university as Joey - does this nightmare ever end? Even now, Peter still lives only 15 minutes away. He's considering fleeing the country. Won't someone help him?? He thanks God that Joey is getting married. Now, instead of Peter, he can torture someone else with his love, humor, great movie sense, charisma, and true friendship that has held us together for so long. And what better person to do to than Julia? Peter still remembers when Joey called to tell him that Julia was the one. Peter was abroad and, despite being a world away, he knew it too. Meeting her for the first time only confirmed it. Congrats to you both!

Sarah Tracy is Julia's youngest sister. She is, in fact, the youngest of all the Tracy clan. Sarah and Joey have gotten along well from the moment they met. In fact, sometimes they have a connection by just looking at one another. Fun fact: Sarah was the only Tracy home the night that Joey asked Julia's dad for permission to marry her. Joey told Sarah to pretend he was never there. And to her credit, Sarah kept this a secret until well after they were engaged. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys acting, singing, and having knee surgery (she takes after Julia in this way).

Lou first met Joey during their freshman year of college when Joey was visiting BU through their mutual friend, Matt. Many years later, their paths crossed again in a professional setting. What started as typical 30-60 minute business calls often turned into hours-long conversations—diving into topics like finance, tax planning, faith, theology, life, and everything in between! Whether they’re debating Catholic vs. Orthodox views on the Filioque or laughing at the absurdity of home prices on Zillow, Lou and Joey can talk for hours. Both Julia and Lou’s wife know it’s going to be a late night whenever Joey and Lou have a “meeting” scheduled. What began as a professional connection soon grew into a deep personal friendship that transcended work. Over the years, they’ve hosted each other in their homes, explored new cities together, spent time in Europe at Lou’s wedding, and shared countless memories. Nothing has brought Joey more joy than meeting Julia. Lou and his wife are in awe of the way Joey looks at her—with a love that is pure, genuine, and inspiring. It’s clear that Julia is Joey’s perfect match, and Lou couldn’t be happier for them. Over the past five years, Joey has become one of Lou’s closest friends, and Lou is deeply honored to stand by his side as one of his groomsmen on this special day!

Catherine is Julia’s sister-in-law and childhood friend. She fondly remembers having multiple sleepovers together, gossiping with Julia’s older sister Carmen as Julia fell asleep at a normal bedtime. Catherine and Julia understand each other on a non-verbal level (Julia will know what this means). She loves Julia’s silliness and how Joey’s silliness complements hers. She is so happy for Julia and Joey and wishes them the absolute best!!

Catherine met Joey at a mutual friend's house 15 years ago where they'd been invited to make Christmas cookies. That night, full of laughter, bonded them beyond undoing. Joey quickly became her best friend, despite endearingly calling each other silly names. Joey was the first friend Catherine made after the loss of her brother. He filled her life with classic movies, Italian food, and school dances. From graduations, Halloween costumes, proms, and the less enjoyable parts of young adulthood, Joey was her rock. Through their friendship, Catherine has watched Joey search for the person he wants to share his life with. Not only has Joey been picky, but none were worthy or felt right until he met Julia. Joey is the smartest person she knows but also kind and considerate, funny and understanding, adventurous, and never without a smile. Catherine has never known someone more worthy of unconditional love. When Joey met Julia, he couldn't stop sharing his excitement for he knew she was the one. When Catherine met Julia, she knew it too. For knowing that someone like Julia exists: smart, beautiful, kind, generous, and full of love, well, of course, no one else could ever compare. Sonali and Julia’s friendship began in their first semester of freshman year, when they met in biology class. As if fate had a hand in it, they soon discovered they lived just three doors apart and were part of the same student groups! From late-night study sessions and belting show tunes to surviving leaky roofs and hospital visits, they’ve truly been through it all. Even miles apart, their bond has remained unshakable. From the moment Julia first mentioned Joey’s name, it was clear—she had found her happy ending. Their love lights up every room, and it’s impossible not to feel the magic between them. Dan and Joey met in middle school with their mutual friend Matt (see best man). They have had many late nights bonding over their love for martial arts, particularly MMA, and their love for grappling in jujitsu (though Dan is much better than Joey). They have spent many late nights watching fight nights over the years. A pivitol member of their friend group, Dan is someone you can always count on to be there. When Joey first told Dan about Julia he could tell she would be around for a while - and he was right. Here's to the happy couple and the life you will lead together!

Julia has been the bride’s best friend since 2011 when they first met in the middle school drama society. Having the same name doesn’t even compare to the other amazing things they share together. Whether it be dinner dates, listening to each other vent, helping each other through life’s hardships, making each other laugh in the most random moments, or reminiscing on all of their memories growing up together, the Julias (an actual nickname they’ve been given LOL) have a special bond that is unbreakable. Julia is so happy and relieved to see that Joey makes her best friend the happiest woman in the world! The first time Julia witnessed their chemistry, she knew without a doubt they were the ones for each other. She could not be more excited to be a part of this special day with both of them! Tyler and Joey met through their friend Matt (who also happens to be the best man - see above) and bonded over their love for music, martial arts, and video games. Joey will tell you that among F-5 (the name they gave their friend group) Tyler is always the life of the party but he is also a dependable friend who is always there when you need him. Joey has been there for Tyler through all of life's big moments like Tylers deployment in the air force, his marriage to his wonderful wife Annmarie, and the birth of his beautiful daughter Vivian. Tyler first met Julia at his own wedding and could tell right away that the Joey and she were meant for each other. He couldn't be more happy to be part of the wedding and to see how their love continues to flourish going forward! Best of luck to you both!

Through countless study sessions and overcoming various challenges, they formed a close bond and became inseparable. When Julia first told Tiffany about Joey, she was thrilled for her, especially about their upcoming first date. Before long, Julia and Joey were engaged, and planning their wedding. Tiffany couldn’t have been happier for the two of them as they start this exciting new chapter together!
