Are kids allowed?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adult only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time!

Is the reception outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place inside, in a church. The reception will be outdoors at the Birch Tree Park. There will be a large tent with sides where we will eat dinner and have our dance floor set up. If needed, there will be outdoor patio heaters under the tent and outside the tent. A tip for the girls: Cocktail hour and the reception will be in the grass. To ensure you stay comfortable and won't sink into the lawn, the bride highly recommends a chunkier heel instead of stilettos.

Where do we park at the Birch Tree Park?

Answer

The Birch Tree Park has a circle driveway around a large pond. When you pull in, there will be parking on the left hand side of the pond. We will have signs and people directing you. If you have trouble walking a far distance, no worries, we recommend pulling the car up to the tent and get dropped off there.

Question

How will people get back to the hotel?

Answer

Our small little town does not have any Ubers so we have arranged for a shuttle bus to bring guests back to the hotels. The shuttle bus will come at 11:00pm. Guests who are local and not staying at a hotel, we please ask you have a designated driver to ensure that you get home safely.
