When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would love to have received all your RSVPs no later than 04.18.2024.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

In order to get parked and settled in your seat for a timely ceremony start, please arrive at the venue no later than 5:15pm. Please DO NOT arrive to the ceremony before 4:45pm to allow for appropriate venue setup, photography of the spaces and privacy for the bridal party before the event begins. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation to and from Bally's and Doubletree for hotel guests: Bally’s Pickup: 4:15pm Pickup at Main Entrance near Valet Parking DoubleTree: 4:30pm Pickup at Walnut (Main Lobby) Entrance Both shuttles depart for Robards, KY at 4:35pm from DoubleTree Hotel. **Only one shuttle caravan will be provided to Farmer & Frenchman.** Return shuttles will begin running from F&F back to both hotels at 9:30pm. In order to make sure we have room for you on the shuttle to Farmer & Frenchman from the hotels, please text our planner, Jamie with DayLily Events, at 850.218.8277 with your name and party size.

Answer

Invites have been sent, and RSVPs have been collected and accounted for (meal choices, too). Thank you for understanding that due to limited venue space and to protect the intimacy of our event, additional guests will not be accommodated.
