Guests should arrive to the venue no later than 5:30pm (30 minutes early) to ensure adequate time for shuttle transportation to the ceremony site. Shuttle services will begin at 5pm from the parking lot.
Yes, the ceremony will take place outdoors under a covered space with large ceiling fans (see picture above). The reception, however, will be indoors with air conditioning.
If your RSVP includes a "plus one" then yes. If not, we ask that only the people listed on the invitation attend.

We love your kids—we really do, but we respectfully ask that small children and infants be left at home for this occasion.
The wedding is semi-formal attire. This is very similar to what you would wear to church. For men, a collared shirt and slacks are appropriate. Jackets and ties are welcomed, but not necessary. For women, dresses, skirts and jumpsuits are all appropriate. No need to wear a formal gown. We do ask that guests avoid wearing jeans, if possible. Respectfully, no white, ivory, or cream colors of any variation. If you have any concerns, don’t be afraid to reach out!
