We are so excited to see and celebrate with everyone on our big day! In order to keep everyone safe, we are kindly requesting that all guests comply with the following COVID health and safety rules in order to safely attend our wedding. - Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination- if you have been fully vaccinated at least 14 days prior to the wedding, please email a copy of your vaccination record to rachelandjoe2022@gmail.com - Proof of negative COVID-19 test; if you have not been vaccinated, please have a COVID PCR test done within 48 hours before the wedding. Please email your negative results to rachelandjoe2022@gmail.com by 9pm May 27th.
Although contrary to its reputation, Malibu is 27 miles of both oceanfront and canyons. The wedding ceremony and reception will be held at Calamigos Ranch, located in the Malibu canyon off of Kanan Road.
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors with the reception held indoors to follow. The weather in Malibu in late May tends to be on the warmer side.
To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children, unless specified by invitation.
The dress code is Black Tie Optional/ Formal Attire For men: option of wearing black tie (tuxedo) or dark suit (we are not being strict on color so black, grey, navy, burgundy etc. is fine). For women: formal gowns, floor, tea length, or cocktail dresses
