Where are you registered?

Answer

It means the world to us that you're making the journey, that's all we need! In lieu of gifts we will accept cards with sentimental thoughts :)

What's the itinerary?

Answer

10/2/24 will be the arrival day at Copper Rose Ranch (Check-in after 3pm) and welcome dinner in the evening. 10/3/24 pre-ceremony snacks, ceremony, cocktails & bites, dinner, dessert & sunset, dancing, pizzas, after party hangout. 10/4/24 check out by 11am, free time/ check-into new accommodations. 10/5/24 for those that stay the weekend we will be hosting a Yellowstone excursion. Please check out the other website tabs for detailed information.

How long should I go for?

Answer

4-5 days and you will be able to enjoy all the festivities and have time to explore the area.

Should I rent a car?

Answer

Yes! Driving around the area of Paradise Valley is the best way to experience the beauty. If you are a small party we encourage car rental-sharing, please let Joelle know if you are interested and she will help coordinate/ connect.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

In early October it will likely be in the low 60's during the day and 40's at night. It is Montana and the mountains so snow is always a possibility.

What should I pack?

Answer

Layers! Whether you're adventuring or exploring by car layers will get you through. If you're planning on hiking, we'd recommend hiking shoes/boots, and a backpack for water, snacks and bear spray. Day of the wedding: dress attire, comfortable shoes for dancing, warm clothes for after party hangout, bathing suit if you want to take advantage of the hot tubs.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be indoors. The afterparty will be outdoors (campfires, teepees, and hot tubs).

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

No, we will be having an unplugged ceremony.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No, our hope is that you will use these couple days to enjoy your freedom and in the spirit of the event, lovingly connect with your partners.

What type of food will be served on the wedding day?

Answer

Come hungry! There will be a charcuterie-style grazing table before the ceremony, another grazing table immediately following the ceremony, a family style locally sourced farm to table feast, dessert table, and late-night pizzas.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know any food allergies you have!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at each individual cabin, and additional parking on site.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes, there are full kitchens in every cabin.
