When is the RSVP deadline?

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:30pm to allow time to make your way down to the ceremony area. The ceremony will begin at 4pm sharp.

What will the menu be for dinner?

Answer

Dinner will be buffet style. Starter - Garden Greens with assorted dressings // Classic Caesar Salad Main course - Herb & Lemon Chicken // Roasted Pork Tenderloin Side - Garlic Mashed Potatoes // Rice Pilaf // Hunny Glazed Carrots Dessert - Cheesecake

What is the dress code for guests?

Semi-formal/Cocktail.

What colour are the bridesmaid wearing?

Answer

The bridesmaids are wearing desert rose.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors however the dinner and reception will be under the pavilion. In the event it rains, everything will be moved to the pavilion.

Can I bring a date?

Please scan the QR code on the invitation and it will indicate how many spots are reserved for you.

Is it okay to take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We would appreciate it if you refrained from taking photos during the ceremony. Our photographers will take care of that! Photos are encouraged at any other time!

What is the payment method for drinks?

Answer

The bar accepts cash, debit and credit.

Are there accommodations available?

Answer

White Rock Motel, Alexandria (10 minute drive) To reserve you will need to call at 613-525-2362. Please reserve under Joelle and Justin wedding block. Rooms are held until July and there are only 14 rooms available, so book ASAP. Otherwise, Cornwall is 30 minutes from the venue and has hotel options. Taxis are also available.

Can I leave my vehicle at the venue overnight?

Answer

Yes, of course. We want all of our guests to get home safely ! Please make sure to pick up your vehicle the following morning.
