What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 10-20 minuets early to ensure you are able to settle in prior to the ceremony. We are offering a private car service before and after the ceremony for guests as well.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If there is a plus one noted on your invitation, you are very welcome to bring a date! If you are unsure, please feel free to reach out to the bride or groom.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We invite children of all ages to join in the celebration.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have a discounted rate for guests at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Jasper, IN. However there are other great hotel options noted on our Travel page.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please do! We ourselves have many food allergies, so please note those when RSVPing. However, we cannot accommodate any food preferences, only allergies.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Free parking is offered at KlubHaus 61 and there should be plenty of room! You will stay there for the entire evening. Feel free to carpool with other family members or enjoy our free car service.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Jasper's Strassenfest is the same weekend as our wedding. Please join in the festivities, but also note there will be an influx of traffic and people in the Jasper area.
