Are phones welcome during the ceremony?

Answer

No, please keep phones silent and away, our photographer will cover the ceremony. We would like guests to be present during our special moment, you may capture precious memories after the couple walks together down the aisle.

Are children welcome to the wedding?

Answer

Yes, close children of the family are invited. Guests with invited children will have their letter addressed to "insert surname" Family, if your invitation is not addressed to Family then only you (or you and your long term partner) are invited and we request you make arrangements for a babysitter. Thank you for understanding.

Will the event take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will be held outdoors, bathrooms will be located indoors on venue site.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

It is an open bar stocked with 2-3 signature cocktails available and liquor and mixers for basic rail cocktails. Beer and wine will be on tables and ice buckets for self service.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Limited parking is available at the venue, all other parking will be alongside the private road leading up to the venue.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Plus ones have already been accounted for, if your invitations were addressed to Mr. and Mrs./Ms. your partner is invited, or if your invitation was addressed to "insert name" Family, your partner and children are accounted for and invited

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 4:00, guests are welcome to arrive as early as they'd like and hang out at the venue.

Is there lodging available?

Answer

Some guests are staying onsite with the bride and groom. You have already been contacted if you are a part of this group. But otherwise there are several inns, bed and breakfasts, airbnbs and vrbos available in Luray!
