Nestled in the hills of La Jolla lies a secret garden. Unbeknownst to the chef of the garden, more than fruits, herbs, & vegetables were growing there. Monica & Joel met at the Green Acre cafe, which overlooks the Sorrento Valley- he, the Chef & she, the Bar-ista. Although their relationship started strictly professionally with a love of food & drink, their shared love of music, traveling, & dogs soon became apparent. Since, they've marauded from San Diego to Texas to Mexico, & back, and they look forward to further trotting across the globe together.
