Jens is Joel's older brother. He has been his friend for 23 years now even though the first view wasn’t as exciting. He is someone that Joel went through thick and thin together. It's hard to even count the number of hours the two have spent with each other no matter if in the woods or on the basketball court. He‘s an inspiration, a friend, and a brother for life!

Liv has been one of my best friends since college. We have gone through highs and lows and even shared a bedroom and somehow managed to still be friends afterward! Liv has always supported and encouraged me in everything I've done! We've laughed together, cried together, and been through so many laughably traumatizing events together, we're sisters for life!

we did our first and second year of Bible school together. The friendship really grew in Berlin, as we went through similar phases and struggles (having an international long-distance relationship). It has been marked by consistency, encouragement, and correction and is a really valuable friendship!

We became fast friends in 2021 and have been inseparable since. Hannah is such an inspiration of creativity and determination to me. We also can't spend time together without getting caught in the rain, but we always find ourselves dancing through the puddles. Hannah is a force to be reckoned with and will always bring such a fun spirit anywhere she goes!

Sonja and Kirk Quaschnick are Mickey's mom and stepdad! They have always encouraged her to continue to be creative and that she is more than able to accomplish anything she sets her mind to so long as she considers the Lord in her steps along the way.

Manuela and Jörg Rudischhauser are Joels parents. They are truly inspiring in the way they live their marriage (32 yrs and counting) and also in the way they raise their children. They are role models but even more importantly they‘re friends and they always search the good in people. All that to say, I wouldn’t be where I am without parents like that!
