When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by no later than August 10, 2024. You can RSVP here on our website, or you can contact Kylee to RSVP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there are two parking lots on both sides of the Depot that can be utilized. There is also a lot of other parking around the venue site.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, we do not have transportation available from hotels to the venue, however, Billings has both Uber and Lyft services available for transportation if needed.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony around 3:30 p.m. - 3:45 p.m. Please note, the doors to the venue will be locked at 4:00 p.m. to avoid disruptions. If you are late for the ceremony, event staff will let you into the reception room until the ceremony is complete.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of hotel rooms at The Double Tree in downtown Billings. This hotel is within walking distance of the venue. Please let them know you are with the Koch/Thayer Wedding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We do not have a formal dress code, but invite you to dress up with us!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we kindly ask that only those guests formally invited on your invitation attend. Thank you!
