Jemai and I's path first crossed in early 2024. However, we both didn't notice each other until we connected at a mutual friend’s event in late 2024. I came across Jemai's IG profile where I was breath-taken not just by her beauty, but her passion for Jesus. I told myself that I won't think about her until an opportunity comes up in a few months. Little did I know, I would be meeting her a couple of days later after I saw her profile. The spark was there when we started talking. Next thing, we went on a date where I told her about my intention to build a relationship with her. Jemai has illuminated every aspect of my life. She has since been a gift from God to me. I am excited to marry her.

December of 2024– I laid eyes on Joel. When Joel & I met, I saw a light shining around him and was encapsulated by his warm demeanor & charming smile. The moment we met, I knew there was “something” about him. Interestingly enough, the weekend prior, the Holy Spirit explicitly told me that I would be meeting my husband the following weekend. The moment I exchanged contact information with Joel— and before emotions could get in the way— the Holy Spirit started to confirm that Joel was “the one.” By God’s grace we have made it this far— & over the course of getting to know Joel, I love him more each day, and I am excited to spend the rest of my life with him.
