Im not sure how to RSVP - covid regulations keep changing

Answer

We have invited 100 people. As I write this, if we are in the red zone, we are allowed 100 at the ceremony/cocktail hour and yard games. If we are in the orange zone, we will be allowed 100 people at both ceremony and reception. We all know these rules could change 5 times before the big day, so we will keep you all updated via email. Our venue is kind of a perfect spot for a COVID wedding because it is 100% outdoors. The tent is open on all sides - with loads of airflow. We will be taking all of the neccessary safety precautions as well. There will be a maximum of 4 people seated per table, masks on when walking around under the tent. We believe that by July the cases will be low and that vaccinations will have ramped way up. Honestly, we all need something to look forward to, so we truly hope that you come! If you have specific concerns or needs, please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate them. Stay tuned and stay positive!

Should I bring a mask?

Answer

Yes. We will also have a box of masks for those who forgot to bring one. It is an outdoor event so you won't have to wear one the whole time. You will only need to wear a mask when around food and beverage service or in close proximity to those who are not within your household or proxy. If you're going to be speaking moistly, please keep to the 2m social distancing rule.

The ceremony and reception are both at 'Wedding in the Woods'. The property is centrally located only 18 mins from Windsor, Tecumseh (20 mins), Amherstburg (10 mins), Kingsville (20 mins) and Lasalle (15 mins).
