Matador Boise
We used to go here so often that Ellery's dad, Rob, would tease us every time he saw that we were there. Great margs, great music, great dip flight.
Broadcast Coffee
The best coffee in Boise, hands-down. Joel's favorite drink is either a matcha latte or an iced americano with oat milk. Ellery loves an iced oat milk latte with half-sweet vanilla.
Certified Kitchen and Bakery
Certified bakery has a great selection of treats, however, if you're able to make it on the weekends, look out for their coffee cake. It'll change your life.
Mazzah Mediterranean Grill
Our go-to meal when we have no groceries at home (or are too lazy to cook). Order a side of hummus with their pita to round out the meal.
Boise River Greenbelt
Where we spend most of our time with Sadie Mae. For a fun loop, start at Push and Pour in Garden City, walk east towards Ann Morrison park. Then, cross the park bridge and continue walking west. Once you walk past Quinn's Pond on your right, there will be a pedestrian bridge that will bring you back to Push and Pour.
The Military Reserve
A nice, easy hike with beautiful views of downtown Boise. Some of our engagement pictures were taken here!
