Do I have to book 7 nights?

Answer

No. You can book less than 7 nights. 4 is the minimum.

Do I have to book 7 nights to get the shuttles and excursions?

Answer

Yes. In order to get a shuttle to and from the airport, as well as 2 free excursions for each person, 7 nights must be booked.

Do I have to book only for the dates that are listed?

Answer

No. You can book outside of the blocked dates. You will need to let us know so that we can contact the resort.

What is included with my stay?

Answer

Your stay will be at an all-inclusive resort, so all food and drink are included. When you book for 7 nights, you will also receive: - Free shuttle to and from the airport - 2 free excursion per person (swimming with dolphins, snorkeling, fishing, Mayan Temple tour, etc.) - 1,500 resort credits to be used in gift shops and select Spa items

Is there an app for the resort?

Answer

Yes. You can download the Palace Elite app ahead of time. You will be able to see all of the food, a map of the resort, and shows that the resort is putting on. Keep in mind that there are multiple properties, so make sure to select Beach Palace.
