Transport:
We will have buses running from Newcastle and Lake Macquarie for guests, so please let us know by 30 September 2023 if you intend to utilise this transport.
As we get closer to the event date, we will update details about times and pickup locations.
Parking:
For those wishing to drive themselves, on-site parking is available just a short walk from the ceremony and reception areas. This walk does include some uneven/rocky surfaces.
Accommodation:
There are limited accommodation options nearby to our venue. However, if you find and book accommodation please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to arrange transport to and from our venue.
