FAQs

Question

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

We kindly request attire that is light, airy, and appropriate for warm weather, considering our destination wedding in the Caribbean. While the occasion remains formal, guests are encouraged to choose breathable fabrics and comfortable attire suitable for tropical climates. For men, lightweight suits or linen shirts with dress pants are ideal, and for women, elegant summer dresses or lightweight formal attire are recommended, (please respect the bride while choosing your colors, no white, cream, ivory, or beige). We want everyone to feel comfortable and stylish while celebrating with us in the beautiful Caribbean setting. If you have any questions or need further guidance on attire, please don't hesitate to reach out. We can't wait to celebrate with you under the sun!

Question

Can I Bring A Date?

Answer

We appreciate your excitement to share our special day with someone special to you. For those guests who received a "plus one" invitation, their name will be specifically included on the wedding invitation alongside yours. This ensures that we can accommodate all formally invited guests while respecting our venue's capacity limitations. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to celebrating with you!

Question

Are Kids Invited?

Answer

While we absolutely adore your little ones, we've made the decision to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only affair, with the exception of immediate family. We hope you understand and can arrange for childcare during the event. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to celebrating with you!

Question

Can I take Photos?

Answer

Unplugged Ceremony We kindly request that our guests refrain from using electronic devices, such as cameras, smartphones, and tablets, during our ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present and engaged in the moment as we exchange our vows. Professional photographers will be capturing all the special moments, and we encourage you to relax, enjoy, and share in our joyous occasion. Thank you for your cooperation!

Question

What if I Can't Make it?

Answer

We completely understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and some guests may not be able to attend our wedding. While we will miss those who cannot join us, we completely understand and respect any prior commitments or constraints. Your presence in spirit means a great deal to us, and we'll be sure to share photos and memories with you after the celebration. Thank you for your understanding and well wishes.

Question

Will I need A Passport?

Answer

Yes, for our destination wedding, all guests traveling internationally will need a valid passport. It's important to ensure that your passport meets the requirements of the destination country and has sufficient validity beyond the travel dates. We recommend checking with the relevant authorities or your country's passport office for specific requirements and to allow ample time for passport processing if needed. If you have any questions or concerns about passport requirements, feel free to reach out to us for assistance. We want to ensure that everyone can join us for our special day hassle-free!

Question

What Time Should I Arrive For The Ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive by 3:00 PM for our ceremony, which will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. This will allow everyone ample time to find their seats and enjoy the pre-ceremony atmosphere. We appreciate your punctuality and look forward to sharing this special moment with you in the beautiful Caribbean setting. If you have any questions or need further assistance with directions or accommodations, please don't hesitate to contact us. Thank you for being a part of our celebration!
